It's time to close the Western project "Ukraine"

    All Ukrainian territory should come under the control of Russian troops and civil-military administrations

    At approximately two o'clock in the morning on April 25, 2022, a fire broke out at two facilities in Bryansk: a storage of petroleum products at the oil depot of Transneft Bryansk-Druzhba JSC on Moskovsky Avenue in the Fokinsky district of the city and a tank with diesel fuel with a volume of 10,000 cubic meters on the territory of the oil complex on Snezhetsky Bank. The Investigative Committee of Russia is investigating the circumstances of the incident.

    It is obvious that a fire at two oil products storage facilities at approximately the same time is not a coincidence. Experts believe that the most likely cause of this is air strikes, most likely from drones. Please note that Bryansk is located at a distance of more than 100 kilometres from the Ukrainian border.

    A very interesting coincidence. In the early morning of the same day, two Ukrainian UAVs were shot down in the Kursk region over the village of Borovskoye near the city of Rylsk, which is 30 kilometres from the border.

    A pattern is revealed. Every visit to Kiev by a high-ranking Western official is marked by a landmark action against Russia.

    On April 10, 2022, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson visited the capital of Ukraine. On April 14, 2022, the flagship of the Black Sea Fleet, the “Moskva” cruiser, was seriously damaged and sank. On April 25, 2022, US Secretary of Defence Lloyd Austin and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited Kiev and met with Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and his team. And on the same night, an attack was made on the reservoirs of petroleum products in Bryansk. In the Kursk region, two UAVs did not reach their targets.

    During the meeting on April 25, the Ukrainians were told that the United States would provide Ukraine with a new package of military assistance worth $322 million. In addition, Washington will begin discussing the issue of resuming its diplomatic presence in Ukraine next week.

    Interesting fact. After the round of Russian-Ukrainian talks in Istanbul on March 29, 2022, the so-called "Istanbul incident", diplomatic missions of 16 countries returned to Kiev as of April 19, 2022.

    Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk made a significant statement in an interview with the “Ukrainian Truth” newspaper published on April 25, 2022. He answered the question about the possibility of changing the Constitution of Ukraine in case of receiving security guarantees: "Why? If we receive guarantees, we will use these guarantees. And what is written in the constitution on NATO, on the EU, is our perspective vision of the future."

    When asked whether Ukraine would make changes to the constitutional provision on the course for joining NATO, he said: "We will not. Changing the Constitution is not and will never be an end in itself. This is a toolkit." Back in mid-March 2022, Stefanchuk did not rule out such a scenario.

    Military assistance to Ukraine from the United States and its allies is huge. From February 24, 2022, the date of the start of Russia's special military operation, to April 22, 2022, Kiev received $3.4 billion in funding, and with the $322 million announced on April 25, it turns out to be about $3.72 billion.

    On April 22, 2022, the Pentagon published on its website the nomenclature and number of weapons for Kiev, setting them out in the form of a detailed list. Let's quote it in full, so that the scale is clear:

    "Over 1,400 Stinger anti-aircraft systems;

    Over 5,500 Javelin anti-armour systems;

    Over 14,000 other anti-armour systems;

    Over 700 Switchblade Tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems;

    90 155mm Howitzers and 183,000 155mm artillery rounds;

    72 Tactical Vehicles to tow 155mm Howitzers;

    16 Mi-17 helicopters;

    Hundreds of Armoured High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles;

    200 M113 Armoured Personnel Carriers;

    Over 7,000 small arms;

    Over 50,000,000 rounds of ammunition;

    75,000 sets of body armour and helmets;

    121 Phoenix Ghost Tactical Unmanned Aerial Systems;

    Laser-guided rocket systems;

    Puma Unmanned Aerial Systems;

    Unmanned Coastal Defence Vessels;

    14 counter-artillery radars;

    Four counter-mortar radars;

    Two air surveillance radars;

    M18A1 Claymore anti-personnel munitions;

    C-4 explosives and demolition equipment for obstacle clearing;

    Tactical secure communications systems;

    Night vision devices, thermal imagery systems, optics, and laser rangefinders;

    Commercial satellite imagery services;

    Explosive ordnance disposal protective gear;

    Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear protective equipment;

    Medical supplies to include first aid kits."

    Judging by the list outlined, the emphasis on arms supplies is gradually shifting in favour of heavy systems. In addition, the US’ plans to supply Ukraine with American M142 HIMARS (High Mobility Artillery Rocket System) missile systems became known.

    This complex includes a five-ton three-axle FMTV wheeled chassis, which houses two types of equipment: six MLRS-type missiles with a firing range of up to 70 km, or a launcher for one ATACMS (Army TACtical Missile System) missile with a range of up to 300 km.

    Delivery in the ATACMS modification does not formally violate the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR), as it contains restrictions on the supply of missile systems and unmanned aerial vehicles capable of delivering payloads weighing 500 kg or more to a range of at least 300 km.

    It is obvious that Kiev, thanks to the availability of such weapons, will be able to more actively implement plans to transfer combat operations to the territory of Russia. Therefore, these missile systems should be priority targets for Russian precision weapons.

    Speaking to the press after a trip to Kiev on April 25, 2022, US Secretary of Defence Lloyd Austin was asked: "Do you define America's goals for success in Ukraine any differently now than at the beginning of this war? And if so, what are those goals today?"

    The head of the Pentagon responded as follows: "We want to see Ukraine remain a sovereign country, a democratic country able to protect its sovereign territory. We want to see Russia weakened to the degree that it cant do the kinds of things that it has done in invading Ukraine. So it has already lost a lot of military capability, and a lot of its troops, quite frankly. And we want to see them not have the capability to very quickly reproduce that capability."

    Thus, the United States sees the armed conflict in Ukraine as a war of attrition for Russia, which should result in a critical loss of our country's military potential.

    As is known, Acting Commander of the Central Military District Rustam Minnekayev at the annual meeting of the Union of Defence Industry Enterprises of the Sverdlovsk Region on April 22, 2022, named the main tasks of the second phase of the special military operation in Ukraine:

    "Since the beginning of the second phase of the special operation, which began just two days ago, one of the tasks of the Russian army is to establish full control over Donbass and Southern Ukraine. This will provide a land corridor to Crimea, as well as affect vital objects of the Ukrainian economy."

    He also said that "control over the south of Ukraine is another way out to Transdniestria, where there are also cases of oppression of the Russian-speaking population."

    Rustam Minnekayev's speech was very positively received by the overwhelming majority of Russian citizens. For the first time since the so-called "Istanbul incident", the public agenda clearly outlined the goals for the second phase of the Free Trade Zone. The lack of unambiguous information on this topic gave rise to a large number of rumours, speculations and even defeatist sentiments.

    It can be assumed that during the second phase of the special military operation, Russian troops and the DPR/LPR troops plan to take full control of the territories of the DPR and LPR within the administrative borders of the respective regions, as well as the Kharkov, Kherson, Zaporozhia, Nikolaev and Odessa regions. Perhaps we are also talking about the territory of the Dnepropetrovsk region. Total: eight regions.

    Given America's goals in Ukraine, which were announced by US Secretary of Defence Lloyd Austin, as well as active attempts by the Kiev regime to transfer military operations to Russian territory, the second phase of the special military operation will clearly not be the last.

    The natural course of events, increasing escalation, as well as geopolitical factors suggest that the zone of operation of the Russian air defence system should gradually extend to the whole of Ukraine.

    Only the establishment of military control over the entire Ukrainian territory will make it possible to completely close the Western project "Ukraine-Anti-Russia". Ukraine as a state should disappear from the political map of the world. Any other scenario will only be a temporary solution to this problem.

    Further, parts of the regions liberated from the nazi regime in Kiev should eventually be allowed to become part of Russia through the procedures established by international law. The rest of the Ukrainian territory, which has also always been originally Russian, should be under the protectorate of Russia with all the ensuing consequences.
