The nationalist Kiev armed formations do not change their "tactics" of destroying civilians and civilian objects with artillery and rocket fire. For this purpose, “Grad” MLRS, artillery and large-caliber mortars are actively used.

The continued high activity of enemy artillery is due to the sufficiently high survivability of this weapon in combat. For example, a mortar represents a fairly simplified form of an ordinary thick-walled pipe. It can be destroyed almost only by a direct hit.

It should be expected that each such gun barrel will get one correctable artillery shell of the “Krasnopol” type. Generally speaking, counter-battery warfare, despite the most advanced technological capabilities, remains extremely relevant.

On the territory liberated from the Nazis in the Lugansk People's Republic, the village of Logvinovo was subjected to artillery strikes. The Nazis also continue to use “Tochka-U” tactical missile systems against civilians. One rocket was fired at the city of Rovenki. Despite the fact that the missile was shot down by air defence forces, its falling fragments damaged two residential buildings. On the morning of March 28, it became known about the "Tochka-U" strike on Ilovaisk.

Nationalist formations fired more than 400 rounds of ammunition on the settlements of the DPR only on March 27. By the morning of March 28 - about 100 more other ones. The number of affected settlements reaches a dozen or more. Gorlovka, Yasinovataya, the Petrovsky district of Donetsk, Ilovaisk, Bessarabka, Shirokaya Balka and the suburbs of Mariupol are being shelled. The Southern Donbass water pipeline was damaged in Donetsk. During March 27-28, 41 people suffered from Nazi fire, one died.

Since February 2022, the Ukrainian Nazis have damaged 1,704 houses, 439 civil infrastructure facilities in the DPR, including 26 medical institutions, 59 educational institutions, 23 critical infrastructure facilities, 241 electric, water and gas supply facilities and 241 vehicles.

Inevitably, many people have a question - why do neo-Nazis do this? The answer is that they believe that the population of Donbass and its territory are irretrievably lost to them. Therefore, it is necessary to avenge the loss and at the same time continue to destroy and intimidate the civilian population.

These are purely terrorist methods. The Ukrainian authorities would have continued to use such exceptionally barbaric methods in the event of an offensive against the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics that did not recognise the results of the Maidan coup.

More than 300 people, including 54 children, were evacuated from Mariupol on March 27 by the forces of the People's Militia of the DPR and the Russian army.

Measures are being taken to reduce the capabilities of the enemy's combat support system. So, on March 26, a fuel supply base near the city of Lvov was destroyed by high-precision long-range air-based weapons. The base provided fuel to Ukrainian troops in the western regions of Ukraine, as well as near Kiev.

The cruise missile strike was carried out on the workshops of the Lvov Radio Repair Plant and on the warehouse of missiles for the S-300 and “Buk” anti-aircraft missile systems in the village of Plesetskoye (30 km southwest of Kiev).

The armed forces of the Russian Federation, together with the People's militia of the LPR and DPR, continue offensive actions.

According to the official representative of the Russian Defence Ministry, Major General Igor Konashenkov, the armed forces of the Russian Federation, continuing successful offensive actions, cut two kilometres deep into the defence of the 95th airborne assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and reached the southern outskirts of Novoselovka. Units of the Lugansk People's Republic advanced five kilometres during the offensive, and captured the settlements of Ivanovka, Novosadovoye and reached the settlement of Novolyublino.

Other sources reported that the People's Militia of the LPR, with the fire support of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, liberated the village of Verkhnetoretskoye. The cleanup of Popasnaya and Rubezhnoye settlements is being completed. In the future, the offensive will continue in the direction of Severodonetsk, Lisichansk, Kremennaya and Pasechnik.

Four Su-24 and one Su-27 aircraft were shot down in the air by aviation and air defence means of the Aerospace Forces of the Russian federation during the day. 19 unmanned aerial vehicles were also shot down. In the area of the Chernobayevka airfield (Kherson region), five “Smerch” MLRS missiles were shot down in the air.

During the day, 36 military facilities of Ukraine were hit by tactical aviation and missile forces. Among them: two control points, two anti-aircraft missile systems, one MLRS installation, three ammunition depots, two fuel depots and 23 areas of concentration of Ukrainian military equipment.

In total, since the beginning of the special military operation, 308 unmanned aerial vehicles, 1713 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles, 170 multiple rocket launchers, 715 field artillery and mortars and 1557 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed.

Measures are being taken to break the information blockade established by the countries of the "collective West" regarding the real state of affairs in the area of a special military operation.

Media representatives from Canada, France, Italy, Greece, China and India, a total of 23 people, visited Donetsk, Volnovakha and Gorlovka on March 26, 2022. According to the correspondents, they were shocked by the revealed truth about the atrocities of the Ukrainian regime. It was also once again confirmed that reliable information is being blocked in the West. It is noteworthy that invited journalists from CNN, several German and British publications did not come.

The next day, journalists went to the Lugansk People's Republic. The group of 17 people included, in particular, representatives of the media of Iran, Macedonia, the Netherlands and Serbia.

The truth about the crimes of the Ukrainian regime is piercing through in thin streams. Italian journalist Giorgio Bianchi, who visited Mariupol, accused the West of hypocrisy and broadcasting lies about the situation in Ukraine to a mass audience. He made his assessment in an interview with the RT news agency.

In its turn, the Kiev regime issued a decree prohibiting the transmission of information about the consequences of strikes by Russian precision-guided and other munitions on military targets. The ban applies to the media, including foreign journalists, as well as the civilian population.

A video has appeared on the Internet showing the atrocities of the Nazis against captured servicemen. The video shows the moments of killing people who are in a helpless state. It is also shown how the Nazis shoot prisoners in the legs. As reported, the chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia Aleksandr Bastrykin instructed to establish the circumstances of the Ukrainian nationalists ill-treatment of prisoners of war.

The video originally appeared on Telegram channels on March 27. One of the authors is Mariya Dubovikova, a former employee of the Al Arabiya TV channel, and Eliot Higgins, the founder of the Bellingcat project. According to the assessment, the material was filmed at the Kharkov base of the Nazi “Azov" regiment near the village of Olkhovka. The commander of the band is Sergey Velichko, the general leadership is carried out by the former head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov.

Considering the danger of these materials for the Kiev regime, the "speaker of the office" of Zelensky, Aleksey Arestovich, posted a corresponding video on the YouTube Internet network. He expressed something like the following: "The mockery of prisoners is a war crime and every such fact will be investigated. We are the European army of a European state.

We treat prisoners according to the Geneva Convention, whatever your personal emotional motives are..."

However, a completely different idea can be seen in this statement. Arestovich says in his statement that the dissemination of such information may damage the image of Ukraine formed in the Western community. Here are his final words: "With this attitude, the issue of assistance to Ukraine can be curtailed. Is it necessary to help such a state? I'm not kidding at all. I am bringing you absolutely real information from our Western partners."

Summarising, we can state the following. Western "partners" continue their subversive activities. The main tool is the Ukrainian regime and its armed formations. The West promptly manages the actions of the Ukrainian Nazis, including in the information space. The purpose of such actions is to inflict maximum possible damage to Russia, the DPR and the LPR.
