The "Coronavirus" command and staff exercises have reached the second stage

The past year has shown how the world economic and monetary system reacts to the coronavirus. The world economy has started to recover, so it is possible to solve other tasks that were set before the outbreak of the pandemic. This was stated by the deputy director of the RUSSTRAT Institute, Yury Baranchik, in the program "Open Air" on the Zvezda TV channel.

The political scientist recalled that the RUSSTRAT Institute published the report “Coronavirus - command and staff exercises of the deep state" on May 26, 2020, and since that moment the events unfolding in the world, including the emergence of new, stronger strains of coronavirus, have fully confirmed the theses outlined in the study.

Yury Baranchik noted that the second stage of these "deep state” exercises is currently being held:

"The second stage is vaccination. Western vaccines - scientists are already talking about this openly - contain nano-elements that can regroup in the body under a certain electromagnetic influence. Therefore, this topic is very actively developing in the West. Why are Americans afraid of the release of this information? Because vaccination is the second stage of command and staff exercises."

When asked by the presenter about what goals the "deep state" pursues by conducting such tests, the political scientist replied that the goal is global control.

"The fact is that the dominant factors of behaviour in people are fear and pain. When we talk about the arms race, there are separate conflicts. For example, Afghanistan, Syria. This does not concern the Western world. And since the level of consumption has reached a high enough level, they have a need to reduce it," Yury Baranchik said, adding that the plots of science fiction films in the post-cyberpunk genre are already a new reality.
