    Assessment of the situation

According to Ushakov's explanatory dictionary, expansion is the broadening of the borders of a state through conquest, as well as the spread of its political and economic influence to other states.

In modern and contemporary history, another way of spreading political and economic influence is becoming increasingly relevant: ideological expansion, when almost in an ultimatum form, flawed mental maxims antagonistic to the foundations that have existed for centuries are imposed on the world from a single decision-making centre.

Over the past decades, new-found "social values” have been implanted in the minds of the masses, first through psychological manipulation, advertising, and now through administrative and psychological pressure.

Various new-fangled trends are being introduced into the field of the "public unconscious", from almost (the key word is "almost") harmless, such as the sensational hippies in their time, to openly socially destructive, like the youth subculture of the Goths, or the worldview of the LGBT community aggressively imposed on society. Caricature perceptions of gender and racial equality and other perverted paradigms are recognised as the norm.

The entire range of available tools of socio-political suppression is applied to those who disagree, and even more so to those who protest against the introduced mental imperatives. The individual who has ventured "against the current" will certainly experience all the delights of confronting an ideological repressive machine. They are highly likely to be stripped of their good name, job, and livelihood.

As an example, the Lucasfilm studio, under pressure from the "public", demonstratively fired the successful actress of the TV series "Mandalorian" Gina Carano after she compared the political situation in the United States to Nazi Germany. Such an example of practical implementation of the principle of "freedom of speech" advertised in the conditional basic code of public freedoms of the United States is by no means unique.

This process is sufficiently funded and provided with appropriate communication resources that provide informational support.

The scale of the phenomenon does not allow us to assume that resources and funds are spent solely out of “a love for pure art” by individuals and structures that are stingy in accounting for every cent. This means that the end (once again) justifies the means.

What is the purpose of such grandiose adjustments of the social unconscious?

To understand this question, the definition of “expansion" is given above. If we discard the scientific and literary "prettiness" - capture.

Examples of modern times clearly prove that, on a global scale, the times have sunk into oblivion when the effectiveness of suppressing enemy resistance in order to seize resources or territory belonging to it was determined solely by the number of personnel of the country's troops, weapons, military equipment, resource base and scientific and industrial power.

Without denying the need to take into account such statistical values in geopolitical scenarios, we cannot but focus on the ever-increasing role of non-lethal (for our citizens) methods of achieving such goals.

Starting from a time relatively recent by the standards of history, the Collective West has come to the conclusion that a much more promising and less financially costly way is to achieve its political and economic goals by performing a mental correction of the geopolitical code of the citizens of a particular country.

That is, ideology has become a weapon, and weapons are created and used, as you know, for the purpose of waging war.

The natural question is: how can the dissemination of ideological cliches be used for the purpose of expansion, and even more so, as a means of waging war? After all, determining what dresses to wear, or what movies to watch, or what to believe, what phenomena to make a positive and what negative verdict - a person makes a decision solely on their own. Voluntarily…

Just like they voluntarily give their last savings to scammers… Just as completely voluntarily in the 1930s, young Germans together burned books at the stake, despised Slavic and other untermensch, burned Khatyn, and flooded the world with rivers of blood, after which, suddenly seeing Russian tanks at the gates of Berlin, they also shouted together "Hitler Kaput", they say we are not to blame, it's all the Fuhrer: his brain is screwed up. They say they are victims of the Nazi ideology introduced by the top of the Reich to the masses.

As we can see, as a result of purely "voluntary" adjustments to the process of forming the ideological foundations of society that was not previously associated with war and military affairs, victims have already appeared. Moreover, they are real (if we recall the 27 million Soviet citizens and victims of World War II in other countries of the world) and not for the first time (if we recall the formation of communist ideology in the Russian Empire)…

The given example is an outdated version of the use of ideology in solving expansionist tasks, in which citizens of their own country, drugged by anti-human ideological imperatives, again voluntarily take an active part in the extermination of citizens of another country, the division of territories, slaves and other preferences, while paying with their own blood and lives for the right to position themselves as a superior race.

Modern descendants of Dr. Goebbels have gone further, having thought of exporting ideology as a Trojan horse, while modernising the methods and techniques of its dissemination to such an extent and effectiveness that the troops of the aggressor country can ideally not take any part in the events at all.

Extrapolating – the one who has accepted an alien ideology (culture and life principles), without resistance, will also accept someone else's power, because they do not fight with the same ones as yourself! Here it is impossible not to recall the constitutional ban on any state ideology introduced from outside, legalised in the Constitution of the Russian Federation of 1993. Giving a simple and understandable allegory, we have: a fighter was robbed of his weapon in the face of an armed enemy. So fight after that…

When carrying out ideological expansion, the armed forces are rather a factor of psychological pressure on the "hotheads" from the opposite side, because now the "white man's burden" correlates with Kipling's postulates as well as real combat actions with the Call of Duty game. For personal participation in war, the "white man" values his mortal body too much, and is not at all interested in the appearance of unplanned holes in it, which are often incompatible with life.

For this reason, with the development of communication technologies, means of communication and delivery of information messages (mass media, radio broadcasting, television, global network, etc.), information and propaganda aggression (IPA), through which ideological expansion is carried out, gradually came to the leading positions in solving geopolitical problems facing the main player - the Anglo-Saxon world and the United States in particular.

Currently, the honorary right to destroy statehood in a particular country is delegated by the "white man" to the citizens of this state themselves, who are vulnerable to the destructive mental influence carried out by the aggressor country in the process of ideological expansion.

As an indicator of the effectiveness of the methods used and a clear example of the catastrophic results of the use of manipulative tools in achieving goals that were previously achieved exclusively by military means, we can consider our country.

Twice in the 20th century alone state formations of the Russian Empire/USSR/Russia, as a result of such an impact, have undergone drastic geopolitical transformations of a negative nature, and have suffered reputational, territorial, economic, demographic and other losses comparable to the defeat in a global military conflict.

Considering the available historical examples, we get the following:

In many sources, one of the most important reasons for the emergence of the revolutionary situation in 1916-1917 and the success of the coups d'etat in February and October 1917 (if we say it impartially, using legal terminology) is the failure of the troops of the Russian Empire on the fronts of the First World War, the food crisis and the economic lag of the Empire from the developed countries of the West.

The defeat in the Cold War and the collapse of the USSR were allegedly influenced by the unsuccessful Afghan war for the country and, again, the economic lag of the Union behind the leading Western countries.

In other words, experts and historians often put military and economic factors at the forefront, without taking into account IPA.

Such a statement of the question does not seem to fully correspond to reality.

Suffice it to say that in 1941, on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War, the positional position of the Red Army and the country as a whole (including the state of the economy, food supply) was much worse than that of the Russian imperial army. A significant part of the territory of the USSR was occupied by the Nazis. The industry of the European part of the country lay in ruins, or was in the stage of evacuation to the East.

Also, the state of the USSR in 1991, both in the military and economic spheres, cannot be compared with 1941.

However, unlike in 1917 and 1991, in the USSR of the 1941 model, there was no increase in protest activity of the population and, as a result, the breakdown of the statehood of the young Soviet country, which the German Nazis seriously hoped for.

From the above comparisons, it can be seen that the main catalyst for the self-destruction of the Russian/Soviet statehood in 1917 and 1991 was not the difficult political and economic situation in itself, but the destructive information and propaganda impact on the public unconscious, parasitising it.

Returning to the question of the use of ideology as a means of waging war, that is, weapons, it’s necessary to say that the situation in the USSR in 1941 in terms of external destructive mental influence was no different from 1917 and 1991. The German Nazis systematically carried out serious information and propaganda activities against the population of the Union.

For example, leaflets containing a fabricated letter from Yakov Dzhugashvili from captivity to his father, calling on the German command not to shed blood for Stalin, even if his son surrendered, were designed to have a strong psychological effect. In the context of calls from the Ukrainian captivity of a  “Russian prisoner of war" to mother, a certain "continuity of generations” is clearly seen. More precisely, the use by diligent students of the methods already applied by the teachers” in the 1940s.

Then why did the USSR in 1941 survive in the most difficult conditions in a confrontation with the whole of Europe, which supplied the Nazis with people and resources, and at the end of the century suddenly collapsed almost out of the blue?

The answer is really simple: a Soviet man of the 1941 model was offered an ideology that corresponds to his inner beliefs and the eternal, deep dream of equality, brotherhood and friendship, regardless of gender, national, religious affiliation, or social status. As a weapon offered to the Soviet people in order to counter the same weapons used by the Nazis during IPA, the ideology of the Country of Soviets turned out to be more effective at this stage.

The absence of a state ideology in our days, enshrined in the 1993 Constitution of Russia, has created an ideological void in the mental field of Russian society, which, as we know, tends to fill.

At the same time, the systematic Anglo-Saxon ideological expansion in these conditions was carried out, as is said, in training ground conditions. Without any centralised opposition from government agencies. Is it any wonder that there is such a massive "fifth column" in modern Russian society, whose representatives, after the start of the special military operation to denazify Ukraine, behaved like some well-known insects who saw Grandma's slippers, and others like the heroes of the already mentioned Kipling? This is how all these "elite" gentlemen appear, waving a white flag and shouting the formula of peace towards the West: "We are of the same blood! You – and me!"

    Problem statement

From the point of view of evaluating the effectiveness of the organisation of countering the ideological expansion of the West, the level of informational and propaganda coverage of the above-mentioned historical conflicts today is not sufficient either in terms of the quality of information presentation, or in terms of accessibility to the broad masses, usually targeted by IPA, which, as history has shown, allows the use of the same strains of ideological viruses repeatedly with minor adjustments.

Those who advocate exclusively for the military-economic reasons of the coups d'etat of 1917 and 1991 ignore the fact that the situation in 1991 almost completely mirrors the events of the collapse of the Russian Empire: against the background of the critical ideological degradation of a part of the ruling elites who accepted alien social imperatives, in the conditions of the psychotraumatic military load on the mentality of society, industrial crisis as a basis for increasing the protest activity of the population, who has lost faith in the existing power institutions as a result of systemic destructive ideological influence from outside.

Such scenarios, taking into account ethno-national characteristics, are now widely used in the organisation of so-called "colour" revolutions around the world.

The "world hegemon" is trying to initiate the same scenario with a tenacity worthy of better application right now in today's Russia, provoking military tensions near the borders of our country and carrying out unprecedented sanctions pressure in order to create a food and economic crisis designed to spur protest activity of the population.

Russia is once again at war with the West. And the countdown to this war is far from February 24, 2022-the beginning of its "hot phase".

It is naive to believe that by continuing to ignore what is happening in Ukraine, Russia would not have been drawn into a military confrontation and would not have been subjected to sanctions pressure.

The situation around Russia was built (as it has been more than once in history) according to the anecdotal principle: "A wedding? Yes. Did you order a fight? No!.. Don't care: it’s paid for".

Sanctions against our country began to be imposed long ago, not only before February 22, but also before 2014, with the annexation of Crimea as a declared reason. The reason is the emerging signs of Russia's restoration of its political and economic sovereignty.

At the same time, the Anglo-Saxon world's plans for the elimination of Russia are based not on real military and economic "victories", but on the suppression of the protective mechanisms of our society as a result of ideological expansion.

As the saying goes, nothing is new under the moon. We've been through this before. And in this regard, at the present stage, a natural question arises not even about the quality of countering the mental aggression of the West, but about the fact of its centralised organisation in general.

We will analyse how this "works", simplifying it for better understanding by people who are not experts in this matter.

So, there is a set of basic needs, on the unconscious perception of the availability of which the enemy's informational and propaganda influence is directed. A person, according to the degree of significance, in the absence of other factors, wants to have:

    1. The ability to meet basic physical needs: maintaining health, having a piece of bread and a roof over one’s head, being shod, dressed, and receiving income that provides for such needs.

    2. A sense of security.

    3. The ability to meet one’s spiritual and intellectual needs.

No matter how it may sound, but anyone, even the most avid bibliomaniac, in the absence of an alternative, will not hesitate to sacrifice a rare literary publication, putting it in the oven to warm up and warm their children. Just as the lack of health in the idea of happiness is never compensated for by a car of the latest model or a huge bank account. Both the car and money will be exchanged without hesitation for the possibility of restoring it.

These needs are vulnerable points of the application of forces for the centres of special psychological operations of the states/opponents of Russia, which can be "covered up" only and exclusively through counter-propaganda influence. Because it is precisely on objectively existing shortcomings and miscalculations in the work of government structures to ensure basic human needs that IPA parasitise. At the same time, it is no secret that the clip-emotional way of presenting an information package among the general population prevails over the argumentative-logical one.

This is the basis for the loss of official propaganda: in order to form a favourable picture of the world, the enemy, using manipulative tools based on the emotional presentation of information, removes one link from the classical formula for the formation of world perception "we hear + we see + we analyse taking into account existing knowledge, skills and life experience = objective reality", as a result we have "hear + see = objective reality" …

Figuratively speaking, a clip from TikTok in the perception of the mass unconscious will always "defeat" the most brilliant dissertation. The trouble is that state propaganda agencies often arrogantly forget that 90% of the country's population is not a member of expert communities. These are ordinary people "from the plow and the machine", but it is against them that the impact of IPA is directed.

In the course of ideological expansion, it is precisely this category that is systematically influenced by subtle psychological techniques that gradually introduce the necessary imperative attitudes into the subconscious of the population of the enemy country or a potential ally-vassal.

For these purposes, sources of information and ways of communicating it are widely used that are associated with the tools of ideological aggression, which seem to be a figment of the sick imagination. For example, such methods are the substitution of a way of thinking through literature, jokes, the penetration of language forms, etc.

At first glance, this approach may seem unscientific and "far-fetched", but it "works". Programming recording of alien mental imperatives on a subconscious level, as an element of destructive mental influence, is carried out even through such a seemingly peaceful type of activity as the film industry.

Suffice it to say that at a certain stage, Russian youth, denoting a physically strong person, associated it with A. Schwarzenegger, who was promoted by the Western film industry, and with Sylvester Stallone in the role of Rambo, who had fighting qualities, despite the presence of domestic real historical characters, whose actual achievements are incomparably higher than those of these idols in the person of their fictional characters, planted by Western mass culture.

As another example: during the Soviet era, an anecdote was widely used. Son worm asks his father:

    - Dad, why do some worms live in apples, in peaches, and we live in manure?

    - There is such a word – Motherland, son…

With a direct denigration of the concept of the "Motherland", especially in the days of the USSR, an ideological aggressor would, in a high degree of probability, be met with active mental rejection and informational counteraction. In the specific case considered, the anecdote is just a funny story. That is, it does not cause critical rejection. It's not serious! However, its constant use in everyday life is gradually reformatting the vector of perception of the concept of "Motherland" at a subconscious level, making the associative series familiar: Motherland = dunghill.

Similarly, at the initial stage of expansion, in a different mental field, a positive image of the aggressor country is delicately formed and a negative image of the country that has been subjected to IPA is formed. Then the mental message that the lifestyle projected by the ideological donor is acceptable for adaptation in the recipient country is raised to the level of "only possible" in the affected part of its citizens.

In the subsequent stages of fooling the population of a country that has been subjected to IPA, all dissenters who try to protest against the introduction of alien mental values are ostracised. Their activities are declared harmful, interfering with the progressive social development and general well-being, and therefore worthy of aggressive suppression (take at least the example of people who allowed themselves to think: where did the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic come from).

At first informational, and then administrative. At the same time, the aggressor country and its way of life are elevated to the rank of a standard to which it is worth striving, rejecting the previously existing "flawed" (“Sovkoviy” [a pejorative word in Russian meaning “Soviet” - ed], “vatnik” – it is necessary to emphasise) criteria for perceiving the world.

The axial line of confrontation, into which the society of the country subjected to aggression is steadily plunging, is formed by means of an artificially introduced evaluation indicator of the degree to which the citizen of the recipient country has become similar to the image formed in his mind of a 100%, for example, American...

A prerequisite for such an expansion, which makes it possible to lead to the mental and then political and economic enslavement of the country, is:

    1. Creating a negative attitude towards the current government in the perception of the broad masses (it is to blame for all the problems and difficulties, it is anti-national and totalitarian).

    2. The formation of a Western-oriented elite, through "anchoring" by the method of psychological zombification and common economic interests: the presence of accounts in foreign banks, joint business, etc.

    3. Transfer of power (legitimately or forcibly) to individuals from among the formed local elites, who are completely mentally suppressed in the process of IPA, who are not able to effectively assess objective reality, but are ready to actively defend the alien mental imperatives implanted in them.

The main danger of information and psychological methods used for this purpose is that they do not represent something out of the ordinary, are common, familiar and, for the majority of the population of the country that has been subjected to IPA, are not perceptible at the conscious level. They are like a person who has flashed through a crowd with an unmemorable appearance: one moment you look at them, and in a second you can't even clearly describe them.

At the same time, despite the familiarity and ordinariness, the methods of psychological fooling of the population of the enemy country continue to be in demand and effective.

In the absence of professionally organised counteraction, the effectiveness of their application is extremely high. Exclusively administrative methods of the counterintelligence-police (restrictive-prohibitive) plan, in isolation from the rest of the complex of ideological protection measures, are not able to resist such psychological pressure qualitatively, since the principle of a self-sustaining system based on the denial of restrictive measures is laid at the heart of any such destructive psychological impact: they deny - it means they conceal! They conceal – it means it's true! Concealing the truth means being afraid!

At the same time, such methods "work" only in the absence of sufficient opposition from alternative information centres that are trusted by the population of the country. Public trust is a key condition here!

If verified information is brought to the general public in a timely manner in the course of professional and competent counteraction to attempts to introduce destructive ideological imperatives from outside, their basis (here – the basis on which the version or statement is built) is annulled as far-fetched and does not stand up to the test of historical realities.

The crisis of statehood occurs when the government, its actions and implemented social imperatives are no longer understandable to the people.

Based on the above, it is seen that the most important component of the stability of the political and economic system is a clear awareness of the causes of the current crisis situation and the goals for which it is necessary to undergo inconveniences in this regard.

The goals and reasons should not only be simple and close to any citizen of the country, but, most importantly, they should be informed in a timely manner in a language that is understandable to a soldier, engineer, miner, scientist, teacher, janitor or other citizen, regardless of the level of education and other distinctive features of each individual person.

The successes or failures of the army, occupied or abandoned territories, as well as other material factors, to a certain extent do not in themselves cause a possible escalation of the crisis, and are only the basis on which IPA and counteraction to it are built.

A good example is the Vietnam and Korean Wars, during which the United States fought thousands of kilometres from its borders, on foreign territory, did not lose an acre of its own, but still in both cases received an unprecedented surge of protest activity, which initiated an internal political crisis.

At present, we have the following situation in the world: Russia, as a country that has been at the forefront of the ideological expansion of the United States of America and its satellites for a long time, has exhausted all possible political methods for resolving the next systemic crisis provoked by the United States. In this regard, on February 24, 2022, the Russian Federation was forced to launch a special military operation to denazify and demilitarise Ukraine, which has become a victim of the mental aggression of the collective West and is de facto under external control.

It has been repeatedly stated on various platforms and resources that the threats to Russia's national security emanating from the Anglo-Saxon colony bordering our country have acquired an existential character, because creating an objective reality in which "Russians chop up Russians" has long been a favourite pastime for representatives of the Anglo-Saxon world.

The danger of the current situation is that it mirrors the development options of the systemic world crises of the 20th century, which led to bloody world conflicts and the collapse of the USSR.

As before, aggression against our country is carried out in all directions: from military to information and propaganda.

Initiating a large-scale military-political conflict far from one's own borders through manipulative tools of destructive informational influence is the basis of the methodology for maintaining one's leading position in the Anglo-Saxon understanding of the world order.

It is an objective fact that in order to eliminate Russia as a geopolitical competitor that is reviving after the collapse of the 90s, the United States will stop at nothing: they have spent too much effort and money at the moment both to achieve this goal in general and on the project "Ukraine is not Russia" in particular.

Based on this, one doesn’t need to be a prophet to understand:

    1. The global community is at the beginning of systemic shocks of an unpredictable nature.

    2. Representatives of the Anglo-Saxon world are not only not against critical vectors of development of the situation, not only want to break down the Yalta world order that no longer suits them, but also purposefully, through IPA implemented in the global mental field, contribute in every possible way to its defragmentation.

    3. Over time, ideological expansion on the part of the West will only increase, regardless of our concessions or agreements reached with them.

These gentlemen will never spend even a cent if they do not get a dollar of profit on it in the future. And a lot of money and resources have already been spent to create the foundations of this conflict.

    4. The (potentially global) crisis initiated by the Anglo-Saxons has no other basis than artificially (through mental and psychological influence) distorting the perception of the real picture of the world created by the Anglo-Saxons in the Western public. Such an impact, projected on the long-standing double Russophobia of such states as Poland, Czechoslovakia, the Baltic states, etc., is the basis for transferring the course of the crisis to the terminal stage.

In this context, the question of informational and propaganda counteraction to the US’ efforts to create a situation that contributes to the development of the military-political crisis into a global and irreversible stage is acute.

It seems appropriate to consider the quality and problems of organising such counteraction using some examples of informational and psychological support for the Ukrainian crisis as one of the fragments of an objectively existing confrontation of systems, which is a potential trigger for another global military clash.

Analysing the situation, we regret to state the fact that such support has always, and especially since 2014, not corresponded to the level of urgency of the situation.

What was done, or rather not done in this regard in late Soviet times and after the "parade of sovereignties" in 1991, can no longer be returned. However, based on the analysis of the reasons for the defeat in the Cold War and the catastrophic mistakes made in terms of the ideological confrontation between the two systems, we must learn in every possible way to avoid them in the future.

At the same time, exactly according to Hegel, even now there is a systemic lag behind the information and propaganda machine of the Ukronazi regime, through which, in just 8 years since Maidan, the consciousness of an entire country was reformatted, the population of which, in general, was initially loyal to Russia. At the same time, methods of psychological and physical influence were effectively combined.

The population that showed loyalty to Russia was subjected to an unprecedented complex impact: those who actively tried to protest the revival and establishment of Nazism in the country, the "Ukraine is not Russia" project itself, were partially eliminated, partially intimidated through physical and psychological intimidation techniques, while the rest were cut off from alternative sources of data collection in the context of the implementation of the project. one-sided mental pressure.

Information about alleged Russian aggression and other "sins" before Ukraine, as well as the cultural and psychological inferiority of Russians was obsessively brought to the population of Ukraine and the world, as is said, from almost every iron. The vector variety of such impact ranged from official television programs to online "bloggers"; from various kinds of films and talk shows aimed at adults, to animated videos intended for preschool audiences.

In the curriculum and school textbooks, sections on the Soviet "occupation" of Ukraine, Gulag prisoners, Holodomor, red terror, and similar delusional fabrications of inflamed consciousness were centrally introduced.

They did not ignore the relevant Ukrainian structures and the Russian philistine, who was inspired with a negative attitude towards the "totalitarian and corrupt" Russian government, invented and obsessively exaggerated alleged facts proving the anti-national nature of the "Putin regime". Fakes were spread, including not only concerning the events of today's days, but also denigrating the entire history of the Russian state without exception.

At the same time, such information planting was carried out on a planned basis, prepared and conveyed to the population of Russia by specially trained professionals acting under the guise of citizens of our country.

It is far from news that in Ukraine, in the structure of the Ukrainian Armed Forces alone, there were at least four Centres of information and Psychological Operations that carried out such destructive activities against Russia.

And what was centrally opposed by Russia at least to the brainwashing” of our Russian citizens, not to mention the informational impact on the former brothers”?

An untrained person, an ordinary layman, does not think of anything but a few talk shows on central channels, and periodic statements made by officials from the leadership of various state structures and departments.

In this regard, not only passivity in terms of effective counteraction to the mental aggression carried out by the Collective West, but also obvious mistakes in its organisation raise questions.

The Russian counter-propaganda fight is not seen as systematic and offensive.

An indicator of the discrepancy between the informational and propaganda support of the special operation (as an indicator of the quality of the organisation of countering the ideological expansion of the West as a whole) and the severity of the operational situation is an ill-conceived information policy implemented by the press service of the Russian Defence Ministry.

    Two examples:

    1. During a briefing, the official representative of the Russian Defence Ministry, Major General I. E. Konashenkov, said that during the special military operation, Russian Armed Forces servicemen undergoing military service on conscription are not involved.

After a short time, he was forced to admit that a group of conscripts had been captured on the territory of Ukraine.

Determining the degree of chance that a sabotage group of the Ukrainian Armed Forces entered exactly the military column in which the military personnel of this category were located is a matter for completely different structures. It remains for us to state the fact that such a statement by an official official of the RF Ministry of Defence simultaneously gave legitimacy to numerous fake stories by the Ukrainian side, in which young people of unknown affiliation, portraying Russian "conscripts", talk about the difficulties and dangers of participating in the "Ukrainian war", and as well as its inadequate material and technical support.

    2. Against the background of the victorious reports of the first days of the special military operation on the destruction of combat aircraft of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including the army’s, almost in full force, the fact of the shelling of an oil depot in Belgorod by Ukrainian combat helicopters creates prerequisites for the emergence of prejudice among the population of the country to information coming from official sources.

Taking into account the examples given above, an untrained person may be suspicious of the systemic nature of misinformation by state structures of the country's population, which will inevitably lead to a loss of trust in official sources and the search for alternative ways to obtain information.

The vague statements of the head of the Russian delegation at the talks following their Istanbul round, as well as information about the withdrawal of troops from some regions of Ukraine previously liberated from the formations of the Kiev regime against the background of the almost complete silence of official information structures, are also capable of initiating negative trends in shaping the perception of what is happening among the population of the country.

At the same time, most qualified experts agree that the stubborn resistance of the armed formations of the Kiev regime is based more on the effective informational and propaganda component, and not on the actual success of their weapons.

Since the times of the Russian Empire and the USSR, the methods of conducting IPA have not changed in principle.

The concept of “conscience" has not appeared in the coordinate system of our "foreign partners" since the same time.

No matter how ridiculous it may sound in this regard, the basics of the Anglo-Saxon approach to world politics are clearly reflected in the same Kipling. One can't help but think of an episode when Baloo and Bagheera, who got a good beating from the bander-logs, try to persuade python Kaa to join the battle on their side: "Yes, yes. Bander-logs called you an earthworm"…

All of the above is well known to officials of the relevant state structures. Or is it possible that they were sure that the United States had run out of "test tubes with a white substance"? Or did civil servants with power and access to classified special information not realise the vector of development of the situation with Ukraine, and ignoring the legitimate interests of Russia was a surprise for them, similar to the onset of spring and autumn for farmers, as well as winter for urban utilities?

Then why are we surprised by fake information planting, like the "Bucha massacre", on the basis of which the United States and its vassals are trying to shape the relationship of the world community to our country? Is this unpredictable news?

We should not be surprised, but actively counteract, using all available methods and techniques of counter-propaganda combat.

    Conclusions

    1. Ideological expansion is a complex of purposeful informational and propaganda activities subordinated to a single idea, which results in the direct or indirect inclusion of the population, resources and territory of the enemy country in the zone of its jurisdiction through non-lethal (for its citizens) mental methods.

The result of such a complex impact is comparable, for a country that has been subjected to IPA, to the defeat in a classic war waged with the use of lethal weapons and requires the highest level of seriousness in relation to the organisation of countering it.

    2. Types of IPA are divided into:

    - direct: carried out by means of fakes and misinformation from special structures, which aims to have a momentary negative impact on the public unconscious in order to form a given vector of attitude to an event, fact, state, etc.;

    - indirect: permanently implemented through literature, the radio and film industry, show business, the global network, etc., and aimed at gradually correcting the geopolitical code of the population, eliminating the possibility of active counteraction in the military, political, economic and ideological spheres.

    3. IPA is implemented in conjunction with measures of military, economic and political pressure on the country being subjected to aggression, as a basis for subsequent pretentious informational and propaganda coverage of negative processes in the enemy state that allegedly resulted from the anti-national course of government structures.

    4. The implementation of ideological expansion, including the organisation of events within the framework of direct IPA, is based on the principle of template-precedent thinking reflected in the Anglo-Saxon legal system: if earlier it was possible to achieve success through the use of certain methods of influence, then such methods should not be subjected to a fundamental revision.

With the proper approach, this principle makes it possible to predict the actions of the opposing side in the implementation of IPA, and to develop countermeasures in advance to stop it.

    5. Counteraction to the mental aggression of the West should be carried out systematically, offensively, at the level of special state structures designed to carry out informational and propaganda activities on a professional basis. In justified cases, it is advisable to involve non-governmental individuals and legal entities, coordinate and provide information support for their activities.

    6. The conceptual approach, practices, techniques and methods of media coverage of events held by the country's armed forces and law enforcement agencies should be significantly revised.

The situation when materials of opposing parties in the amount of 10/1 are made available to the general public is unacceptable.

    7. Through the professionalisation of structures designed to carry out information confrontation with the mental aggression of the West, it is necessary to seize the initiative in bringing thematic information messages to the consumer, and put Western countries in the position of justifying themselves.

    8. Based on real-life examples (including historical ones), it is necessary to initiate bringing to the world community a real picture of the world that reflects the true attitude of the US ruling class to the world order and the right of other people to sovereignty and their own dignity; to show that in addition to self-serving expediency, everything else that they announce declaratively is nothing more than verbal husk, which the Anglo-Saxons, in order to disguise their true intentions, generously sprinkle on the path to a comfortable existence and political and economic primacy.

    9. As was mentioned above, the main method of achieving economic well-being in the vision of the authorities of the "world hegemon" is to create a situation through manipulative tools in which everyone except themselves loses in an artificially provoked clash. It doesn't matter if it's armed, economic, or political.

Having created the prerequisites for the activation of the next large-scale confrontation, the Anglo-Saxons are ready to fight anytime, with anyone and anywhere... but only via someone else's hands.

And this needs to be clearly understood (and not only by us, but also by Europeans), since in our time the Collective West, represented by the Washington decision-making centre, has again initiated informational and psychological methods of fooling the world that were repeatedly tested earlier, which ultimately lead to military and economic collapse. Including of their own vassals, who are destined to play the role of a sacrificial bull.

    10. The mental aggression carried out by the Anglo-Saxons is at all times multi-vector and is directed both against enemies and against temporary allies, which the United States will not hesitate to sacrifice for the sake of its interests.

In conclusion, we consider it appropriate to repeat: the threats to Russia that arise as a result of the West's foreign policy towards it are of an existential nature.

In the event of another breakdown of the state structure of Russia, the Collective West will not repeat the mistake of the 1990s. They won't let us get up from our knees again.

And most importantly. It is time to clearly realise that the concept of “conscience" does not fit into the picture of the Anglo-Saxon model of the world order from the word "absolutely". It is replaced at the apparatus level by the concept of “expediency".

If, in order to achieve a selfish goal, it is advisable to film a far-fetched plot about a "massacre" in Bucha - this will be done. Really kill one’s citizens for the sake of the authenticity of a Russophobic fake – no problem. If, in order to increase the protest activity of Russians in order to overthrow the "Moskal regime", it is necessary to carry out a series of high-profile terrorist acts in Russia at critical infrastructure facilities, or related to the death of a large number of children, women – and the elderly - easy! For "Glory to heroes" and “Hang Moskals from tree branches"!

And it’s necessary to be prepared for this. First of all, with the relevant state special structures, but also with the entire society. It is time for everyone whose brains are not flooded with the viscous, sticky molasses of Western whispers and their liberal agents inside the country, to reject the well-fed imposing complacency and understand: we are being destroyed. And if we hadn't hit them, they would have hit us, but then they would have been at the peak of their own readiness to strike Russia, which would have put us in conditions of losing our initiative and having to pay a lot of blood for the right to exist.

Therefore, now the question is not about victory/defeat or occupied/abandoned territories, but about the very fact of our existence with you in the form that we should be, and which was bequeathed from time immemorial by our ancestors.

Society must mobilise and clearly define its attitude towards people, especially in the government, like municipal deputies (if to refer to them politely) who declared the existence of a fascist state in Russia. For these people, on both sides of the border, are infected with a virus of hatred for everything Russian. They are sick, and everything can be expected from them, like from a violent schizophrenic who escaped from the supervision of orderlies.

And if they're sick, who's their doctor if not us ourselves?
