    It will soon be three years since Zelensky won the Ukrainian presidential election. Just so you don't forget, the second round of the election, also known as the final round, was held on April 21, 2019. The population of Donbass was banned from voting.

    Among Zelensky's election promises is the end of the conflict in Donbass on the basis of the implementation of the Minsk Agreements. At the same time, Zelensky promised to act exclusively in the Normandy Format. Obviously, it was this promise that allowed him to win over Poroshenko (73.23% against 24.45%, respectively). After the election, all the promises were forgotten.

    All subsequent actions of the Ukrainian regime only aggravated the situation. At the same time, the collective West contributed to this aggravation in all possible ways. The situation worsened to such an extent that Russia had to launch a special military operation.

    Among the recent actions of the neo-nazi regime in Kiev, now without any doubt, aimed at escalating the situation, we can note the following:

    - February 22, 2022 - conscription of the reserve component of the armed forces. Conscription of military-liable citizens of the so-called operational reserve during a special period for "additional staffing of the army and other military formations". According to Zelensky, for holding "in the near future ... training camps for reservists of the territorial defence system";

    - February 24 - introduction of martial law for one month. Then the parliament extended it until April 26;

    - February 25 - announcement of general mobilisation. The goal is to "ensure state defence, maintain the combat and mobilisation readiness of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and other military formations”. Mobilisation was announced in 10 regions of the country and 13 cities. Completion of the event was planned in 90 days. The age of those being mobilised is from 18 to 60. These people are forbidden to leave the territory of Ukraine under the threat of criminal liability;

    - On April 1, there was information about the regime's refusal to comply with the Geneva Convention in the treatment of Russian prisoners of war. Zelensky "notified" the British Foreign Ministry about this. At the same time, the nazi regime, with the help of Western countries, exerted pressure on the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and other, including international, humanitarian organisations. The goal is to prevent them from gaining access to Russian prisoners of war.

    Already on April 6, the head of the National Defence Control Center of the Russian Federation, Mikhail Mizintsev, reported on the case of the refusal of the Ukrainian side to exchange prisoners of war. According to him, during the day, the list of our military personnel offered for exchange was reduced from 251 people to 0. That means they were killed. It was also pointed out that such an attitude of the Ukronazis and, including the torture of our military, remain "without the attention of the world community, including the UN, OSCE and ICRC." The convening of an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council on this issue was disrupted by the British side;

    - April 11 - decree on the abolition of the spring conscription of citizens of military age. Postponement of the terms of demobilisation (discharge to the reserve) of conscripts. The new terms of dismissal are defined as follows: "not earlier than the announcement of demobilisation in accordance with the established procedure";

    - April 14, 2022 - Zelensky's decree on the transfer of military operations to the territory of Russia;

    The result of the last "decree" was not long in coming. On the same day, the nazis attacked three settlements in Russia. At about 12:30, two Ukrainian helicopters launched airstrikes on residential buildings in the village of Klimovo, Bryansk region.

    Eight people were injured, two of them, including a child, are in serious condition. In the Belgorod region, the village of Spodaryushino, located about one kilometre from the border with Ukraine, was shelled. According to the Governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov, there were no injuries. Residents of Spodaryushino and the neighbouring village of Bezymeno were evacuated. The village of Zhuravlevka was also shelled in the Belgorod region. One person was injured. Residential buildings and social facilities were damaged. A state of emergency has been declared in the village.

    Our military has already officially warned that "if the trend of shelling continues, the Russian army will strike at Ukrainian decision-making centres, including in Kiev, which the Russian armed forces have so far refrained from doing”. But, as we can see, the Kiev regime is deliberately escalating the situation.

    The official representative of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, Major General Igor Konashenkov, presented the results of the work of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation over the past night.

    The Russian Armed Forces continue a special military operation in Ukraine. In the city of Mariupol, a group of Russian troops and units of the DPR People's Militia completely liberated the Ilyich Iron and Steel Works from Ukrainian nationalists as a result of offensive actions.

    Last night, “Kalibr” long-range precision-guided missiles struck a military facility on the outskirts of Kiev. As a result of the strike on the Zhuliansky “Visor” machine-building plant, workshops for the production and repair of long-and medium-range anti-aircraft missile systems, as well as anti-ship missiles, were destroyed.

    The number and scale of missile strikes on targets in Kiev will increase in response to the Kiev nationalist regime committing any terrorist attacks or sabotage on Russian territory.

    Russian air defence systems near the village of Gorodnya, Chernigov region, shot down using a S-400 anti-aircraft missile system a Ukrainian Mi-8 helicopter returning to an airbase that attacked residents of the peaceful settlement of Klimovo in the Bryansk region on April 14.

    A Su-27 fighter jet was shot down in the air near the locality of Lozovaya, Kharkov region. Eight unmanned aerial vehicles were also shot down in the air.

    During the night, high-precision air-launched missiles hit seven enemy targets. In particular, in the Yasenevoye area, a “Tochka-U” missile launcher and a temporary deployment point of the Ukrainian nationalist formation were destroyed, as well as up to 20 armoured vehicles and up to 50 nationalists.

    Missile troops in the village of Izyumskoye, Kharkov region, as a result of the strike, eliminated a detachment of mercenaries of a Polish private military company. Up to 30 Polish mercenaries were destroyed.

    221 military facilities were also damaged, including 12 command posts, 176 strongholds and areas of concentration of enemy manpower. 12 artillery positions were suppressed.

    Operational-tactical aircraft destroyed 13 military facilities of Ukraine during the night. Among them are two warehouses of missile and artillery weapons and 10 areas of concentration of personnel and Ukrainian military equipment.

    Army aircraft in the areas of Gusarovka and Volobuyevka destroyed concentrations of manpower and Ukrainian military equipment, including three strong points and nine armoured vehicles and vehicles for various purposes.

    Since the beginning of the special military operation, 132 aircraft, 105 helicopters, 245 anti-aircraft missile systems, 456 unmanned aerial vehicles, 2,213 tanks and other armoured combat vehicles, 249 MLRS systems, 966 field artillery and mortar guns, as well as 2,110 units of special military vehicles have been destroyed.

    1160 Ukrainian servicemen of the 36th Marine Brigade were captured during the liberation of the Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works by Russian and DPR forces. Among them are 176 officers. The demilitarisation and denazification of the territory of the “Azovstal” plant in Mariupol continues.

    There are reports of continued fighting with nationalist battalions in the areas of the settlements of Kramatorsk, Artemovsk and Chasov Yar. In Kramatorsk, strong explosions were heard at the “Konditsioner" plant. In the Ivano-Frankovsk region, the Nadvornyansky oil refinery and a base for storing petroleum products in Ivano-Frankovsk were damaged.

    At a briefing on April 14, Igor Kirillov, the chief of the Russian Army's Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces, spoke about the newly discovered facts of foreign countries' participation in military-biological activities on the territory of Ukraine.

    Key individuals who led the development of WMD components were identified. The Executive Director of a Science & Technology Center is the US citizen Curtis Belayach. The Board is chaired by Eddie Arthur Mayer of the European Union and Philip Dolliff of the United States. The latter holds the position of Deputy Adviser to the Secretary of State for International Security and WMD Nonproliferation Programs at the US State Department.

    According to the statement, over the past few years, the United States has spent more than $350 million to finance the Science & Technology Center. Clients and sponsors from the United States are the State Department and the Pentagon. Funding was provided through the Environmental Protection Agency and the US Departments of Agriculture, Health, and Energy.

    In the period from 2019 to 2021, potentially dangerous biologics were tested on patients of the regional clinical psychiatric hospital No. 3 in Kharkov. This was done by Americans from the biolab in the city of Merefa, Kharkov region. The laboratory was discontinued in January 2022. It turns out that everyone knew and prepared in advance?

    Methods and conditions for the spread of particularly dangerous pathogens on the territory of adjacent countries, including by water, were also studied. Cooperation was organised, in particular, with biolabs in Azerbaijan and Georgia. In total, more than 500 joint research projects were implemented.

    Once again, Turkish “Bayraktar TB2” drones are involved in the development of biological weapons. Radiation, chemical and biological protection specialists studied the captured devices with spray tanks and concluded that they were suitable for the use of biologically dangerous substances for military purposes.

    The nazis did not abandon the policy of genocide and terrorising the population of Donbass. During April 14, the punishers fired more than 100 shells and munitions from 122-mm BM-21 “Grad” multiple launch rocket systems, 152 and 122-mm barrel artillery at DPR settlements. The Petrovsky district of Donetsk, Gorlovka, Yasinovataya, Donetsky and Zolotoye came under fire. One civilian was killed and three were injured. 26 residential buildings and 3 civilian objects were damaged. During the previous day, on April 13, one person was killed in the DPR, 22 were injured, and more than 60 houses were destroyed.

    The population of the Lugansk People's Republic is also subjected to genocide. In the Kharkov region, Ukrainian security forces fired mortars and small arms at a convoy of cars with refugees from the LPR inside. Two people were killed and three were injured. The village of Irmino is being shelled by BM-21 “Grad” MLRS.

    Materials on the death and injury of civilians and damage to infrastructure are transferred to the Prosecutor General's Offices of the DPR and LPR, as well as to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for inclusion in criminal cases initiated against the command of neo-nazi armed formations.
